Privacy requests. Ask what data is held about you, or ask for it to be deleted.
General questions about how reward programs pay.

What we cannot help with

We do not operate any reward platform. We cannot check your balance, release a payment, reopen a closed account or recover money from a third-party service. Those requests have to go to the platform itself — we have no access to their systems.
